Fulvio brings extensive international expertise on a wide range of transportation, facilities, and oil/gas structures. His 30+ years of structural experience has focused on bridge performance evaluation, retrofit and rehabilitation of existing structures, and forensic evaluation of failed or collapsed structures.

Before founding DECON, Fulvio served as a bridge structural engineer for two design/build mega programs and successfully completed structural design of several complex projects across the country and internationally while pioneering the implementation of 3D and BIM visualization tools for a major national engineering firm.
