Kyle tests various custom draft and design solutions, both network, and cloud, for various TxDOT districts, municipalities, and counties to create 3D models and design elements for project visualization.

Using point clouds, mesh, lidar, and terrain models for presentations and other deliverables, Kyle brings to projects exceptional technical expertise, combined with his background as a senior-level roadway designer. Serving as DECON’s Senior Designer specialist has created and implemented CAD network infrastructure and standards for Bentley products for projects ranging from local roads and streets to mass transit and mobility corridors.
