GENERAL DESCRIPTION
We are actively seeking we are looking for a self-motivated Senior Marketing Coordinator/Proposal Writer to support the marketing group to be responsible for writing/leading proposal and interview preparation for large/complex pursuits; Collaborates with pursuit teams in developing win strategies; respond to Statement of Qualifications. Successful candidates must possess strong leadership qualities, analytical skills, thrive under pressure, and great people skills.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Writes/leads qualification packages, proposals and leave behind material for the most complex and largest pursuits. Collaborates with technical staff and writes/reviews/edits original content for clarity, compliance and key messages. May mentor other staff.
  • Works with individual pursuit teams to develop pursuit strategies, including providing business intelligence on clients and competitor.
  • Organizes and coaches the technical staff in presentation phase.
  • Organizes and facilitates pursuit strategy meetings.
  • Supports client service teams by preparing materials for internal and external meetings, as well as participating in client service team meetings.
  • May coordinate division public relations (PR) activities, including creating press releases and announcements, writing articles for division newsletter, and coordinating project awards and other special PR-related projects.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

JOB RESPONSABILITIES

  • Tracking, management and production of complex proposals
  • Message development guidance and support for project teams
  • Mentorship and development of marketing staff
  • Create and refine statements of qualifications, proposals, staff resumes, projects sheets, client presentations, brochures, website news articles
  • Assist in the search of RFP/RFQ and other opportunities
  • Meets proposal deadlines by establishing priorities, setting internal deadlines, coordinating with contributors, writing, editing, and meeting review
  • Maintain marketing-related records in company database
  • Work on special marketing projects as needed
  • Ensures all deadlines are met with a high level of quality
  • Completing quality assurance and control reviews of technical documents including review for readability, consistency, clarity and document compliance

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, English, Journalism, Communications or related field.

  • Ability to function in a team setting, and provide and take direction from colleagues
  • Ability to collaborate with a range of professionals
  • Ability to assess problems and implement solutions
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, deadlines and budgets

  • 6 years of related experience in `proposal generation and/or marketing of high quality and acute materials, for architectural and/or engineering firm.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, SharePoint, Adobe and other communications-related software programs.
  • Strong technical writing abilities.

  • Excellent proofreading, formatting, and editing skills.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy and good organizational skills.

  • Photography and videography skills a plus.
  • Graphic design skills: experience in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator a plus.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
We are actively seeking for the Transportation Department Manager to be part of our Team.

JOB RESPONSABILITIES

  • To coordinate, supervise and direct a group of Roadway engineers and technicians to produce design and construction documents for State facilities, focus but not limited on the following activities of which must be proficient.
    o Design of roadway schematics, final design, horizontal alignments, vertical profiles, intersections, ramps, traffic control plans and traffic engineering, following DOT’s standards and specifications
    – Preparation, modification and submission of schematic drawings, layouts, and other visual aids.
    – Prepare, modify and submit engineering and construction designs, plans, specifications, and estimates.
    – Perform Drainage analysis for highways facilities including hydrologic/hydraulic calculations.
    – Good understanding of road lighting, electrical, Intelligent Transportation System (“ITS”)/tolling civil works and electrical, signalization, and related mechanical work.
    – Calculate plan quantities, costs of materials and estimates.
    – Conduct technical reviews of reports.
    – Conduct field visits.
  • To implement the QA/QC company’ procedures on the Transportation Department
  • Maintain and improve Client’s relationship
  • Actively support marketing and business development efforts

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree or greater in Civil Engineering or related field, MSCE is a plus
  •  Minimum 10 years of experience in Civil/Roadway engineering
  • TXDOT/GDOT/VDOT or similar DOTs experience

REGISTRATION, CERTIFICATION OR LICENSURE

  • Register PE in the State of Texas or availability to have it in two (2) months

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Must be proficient in MicroStation V8i and Geopak – Open Roads knowledge a plus
  • Must have a minimum 5 years of experience in Bridge/Transportation/Roadway engineering plan production
  • Ability to manage computer file systems, understand file interrelationships, and customize data within the files
  • Ability to identify specific information from substantial amounts of related data and written information such as legal descriptions, reports, survey notes, manuals, standard drawings, and specifications
  • Ability to read and understand the terminology and symbols used in survey notes, plans, shop drawings, aerial photographs/maps to interpret data/information for use in designing construction plans and engineering exhibits
  • Ability to accurately transfer information in numerical, written, sketched, or electronic format from sources such as legal descriptions, survey data, aerial photographs, and computer files to final plans and engineering exhibits
  • Ability to participate and work effectively in working relationships with teammates, clients, and sub-consultants
  • Strong work ethic with desire to work in a production environment
